Aluminum Free Deodorant Recipe

We have been using this deodorant for over 6 years now and have found that it does the best job at keeping us smelling fresh! It doesn’t take long to make and will last quite a long time, depending on how much you decide to use and how many people in your family are using it. Was it a little weird to apply it with your finger at first? yes, but you get over it quickly. :) Ok, let’s get to the recipe

Aluminum free deodorant

3T coconut oil

1T beeswax pellets 

1/4 c arrow root powder

1/4 c baking soda

8-10 drops Purification essential oil 

1. Add coconut oil and beeswax to a double boiler (if you don’t have a double boiler, just add some water to a medium size pot + place an empty smaller pot in it)

2. Stir until melted

3. Add in the baking soda + arrowroot powder and stir until smooth

4. Cool slightly and add the purification oil

5. Transfer to a 4oz mason jar to store

6. Use a small amount daily to smell nice ☺️
