Saturday morning omelette

How to make the best Saturday Morning omelette ever!

+ Heat up your cast iron skillet, grease with oil or butter and keep on low.

+ Mix two eggs with a splash of milk, shake of oregano, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and beat it.

+Pour mixture onto the warm pan, once it is partially cooked place fresh or frozen spinach and whatever cheese you like to one side.

+ Fold in half + let it poof up a bit and then flip over. Remove from heat and serve!

The key to a fluffy omelet is low heat and PATIENCE. ❤️
